About Us
WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THE NEW HOSPITAL?
The new hospital, established in 2008, is organized as a Texas non profit organization. Lifelong Independence and Fitness Enrichment Center, Inc. is the legal name of the non-profit entity, which is also recognized by the IRS as a tax exempt 501c3 non-profit organization. The governing board of LIFE Center is comprised of local volunteer leadership representing dedicated community citizens. The building is owned by WNJ Hospital and leased to LIFE Center; however WNJ does not operate the hospital.
