Dining, Meals, and Snacks

Your meals are prepared fresh daily ensuring the finest quality. We are committed to doing everything possible to make your mealtime pleasant. Patients will receive a daily menu from Nutrition Services. You will use this menu to select your meal options. As your diet may change, our registered dietician will be available to assist you with understanding the type of diet your doctor has placed you on during your stay at the hospital. If you get hungry between meals there are items available on each patient care unit. Items available include peanut butter, cheese, crackers, juice, milk and coffee. Please check with your nurse's station to request a snack.

Guest Dinner Trays

We encourage patients visitors to pick up a carry out breakfast or lunch tray in the cafeteria at the times noted below. For a dinner guest tray, please contact dietary services by 1 pm. A visitor dinner tray will be served with the patient tray at a cost of $5.00.

Cafeteria services and time offered to the general public:

LIFE Center Specialty Hospital Cafeteria is opened for breakfast Monday through Friday from 7:30 am am until 9:00 am. Lunchtime cafeteria service is open from 11 am until 1 pm Monday through Friday and Sunday. There is no dinner service offered to visitors or the general public. The cafeteria is not opened on Saturday or Sunday.
